If you would like to use one or more of my images or any other
content contained within this website, you must abide by the terms and
conditions below and request permission. I'm pretty easy going and where the images are for non-profit use I'm
relaxed. So for the most part,

However to be able to capture these stunning wonders and replace my
equipment as and when it breaks; I do need your support. So if you wish
to use my images for a commercial purpose (of any kind), then you need
to email me and request a usage form and pay a small fee. It must be
signed and returned to me so arrangements can be made in accordance with
the terms and conditions outlined below. This will provide you access to
the original material, including the high res FITS and RAW image files
downloaded from the CCD's and camera's.
Hyperlink and site referral:
If all you want to do is place a Hyperlink to my Website or refer
to one of the pages, just email be the website name so I can check it
out.
Desktop Wallpaper
If you wish to use my Images or photographs as Desktop wallpaper
on your PC's desktop, there is no need to contact me for permission.
Just download it from the Gallery.
Non-profit Organisations, Astronomy clubs and societies
Must obtain written approval and permission by email.
I’ll then provide a high resolution images with a small watermark on it.
All you need to do is acknowledge my work by making a by-line visible
for all images and content used. This includes presentations, handouts
etc, acknowledging all content as follows: "© Terence Galuszka,
www.astronomypix.com". There is no fee.
Displaying and Printing Images and Website Content
Displaying and Printing of Website images, photographs
and content must be requested in writing and a Usage Request Form
completed and returned to me. No ifs or buts. A small fee applies.
Additionally for any published materials where the images or
content of this website are used, a copy of the publication must be sent
to me for my records. Failure to do so will be a breach of copyright and
the terms and conditions of use.
Commercial Use
Must be written approval/permission with both parties
having physically signed legal agreements. This includes all images,
photographs and content I have produced. This is to protect my work from
being published and sold with the intention of making a profit,
knowingly or otherwise. This includes all media forms, printed, digital,
advertisements, exhibits, displays, movies etc.
All Other Use
Must be written approval/permission
In all cases, unless explicitly negotiated otherwise, usage is
limited to what I specifically grant permission and approval for. I
retain the copyright on all of the images, photographs and published
content.
Donations
If you like my images and want to help support the local
astronomy club (The Phoenix Astronomical Society), you can make a
donation by PayPal or Direct Credit. Just contact me for the details.
All donations are put towards towards promoting amateur astronomy.
